Campaign Manager FR – Pay for Performance (PFP)
Our Amsterdam, Netherlands office is currently looking to hire a talented Campaign manager for our French market to join our global team.
The global pay-for-performance team at Monster manages the whole process with the client and the team from Monster (performance marketing, campaign manager, customer service and sales). These span multiple stages including developing go-to-market strategies, market segmentation, pre-sales activities and key account management. You work closely with an inspiring team across the globe to achieve our collective and individual targets.
As a campaign manager for PFP you are working for Monster’s highest profile, highest revenue, and global clients in a fast-growing environment. By providing our online recruitment solutions to the recruitment challenges our clients are facing. It requires us to understand the client’s needs and translate this into Monster Solutions. Bi-weekly you host performance reviews with our clients where you reflect on your day-to-day campaign optimizations for those clients and consult them for better performance. In this review your goal is to share your analysis of the campaign performance with the client, based on traffic mix, conversion ratios and set up.
What you will be doing…
- Building a strong relationship with our top-level clients to consult them how to utilize Monster together with a local sales representative to maximize performance based on the client's kpi’s
- Analyzing and optimizing campaigns to consult our clients to achieve their recruitment goals with smart candidate attraction.
- Setting up performance reports to consult our clients in bi-weekly performance reviews to manage and exceed expectations to drive long-lasting partnerships. Also, you consult the client, upsell the budget and or upsell the price.
- Communicating directly with our global clients; identifying new opportunities in the market and being our eyes and ears for the customers to help develop our product according to their needs
- Steering campaigns to balance multiple goals and stakeholders
- Driving results in terms of revenue growth to a given Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) by optimizing conversions, deal set up or traffic mix
- Contributing as sparring partner to the marketplace manager to expand the PFP solution within Monster strategically and tactically.
- Improve NPS score client by client
- Bring input to the campaign team to optimize the traffic mix
- Drive invoicing for your campaigns

- Continuously improve the quality of the performance reviews
- Linking pin between your clients and Monster
- Retention rate
What’s essential for you to have…
- Native or fluent in English and French
- Education to bachelor’s degree-level, ideally master’s degree, in Business/Marketing or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role – preferably in marketing, agency, or similar solution to Monster
- Solid analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal, listening and communications skills
