Monster's Veterans Hiring Program gives veterans the tools to transition the skills, knowledge and experience gained in the military, to a successful corporate career. We've found that sales and customer service are areas where veterans excel, and we actively seek them out for these roles. The ability to lead, multi-task, work in a fast paced complex environment and think and act quickly, are the key characteristics we look for in candidates for these positions.

For veterans who've had minimal work experience outside of the military, Monster offers mentoring. Pairing an experienced veteran with a new hire helps transition that employee into the corporate world, and promotes a fast track to leadership positions down the road.

We encourage our veterans to join the Monster Warrior Community (MWC). The MWC is a community of veterans, active reserve, National Guard, and military spouse employees of Monster. Members meet monthly to discuss being a veteran in the corporate environment, and how the MWC can support its members and further their career goals. The MWC is also involved with programs such as the ArmyPays program, Wreaths Across America, Veterans' Housing, and other veteran oriented causes.

Being part of Monster and brings focus to the necessity of helping our veteran community find gainful employment that will help enhance their ability to grow and learn. We work to support issues ranging from homeless veterans to translation of the Talent Index for Veterans.
