As a chat representative at Monster you will be at the front-lines of communication with clients and prospects. The purpose of this role is to drive online communications that helps facilitate online orders and answer product related inquiries between our offerings and competitive differentiators. Additionally, this role serves as a lead generator for our North American Sales Organization for larger and more complex recruitment solutions. In some instances you will need to redirect some inquiries towards our Customer Service department.
- Handle high chat volumes to assist clients with ecommerce orders.
- Be able to help clarify differences in our online offers and promotions while making appropriate recommendations.
- Be able to build rapport online and have good discover in order to uncover specific needs and different opportunities.
- Navigate SalesForce in order to discover existing accounts and align clients with their dedicated Account Executives as leads.
- Route customer service-related conversations to the appropriate channel.
