We’re looking for a

Senior Marketing Specialist, Germany (m/f/d)

who’s passionate about customer-centric strategies, data and technology and enjoys collaborating with a global, cross-functional team to introduce innovative ideas.

The successful candidate will work with as part of a global, cross-functional team that creates, drives and executes marketing plans to move the business forward. Utilising knowledge of industry trends and creative insight, you will build a brand with external and internal stakeholders that results in new accounts and increased revenue. You will play a critical role in the success of the marketing organisation and its contribution to company goals and growth objectives.

This is a hybrid role requiring at least two days per week to be spent in our office in Eschborn.

 Duties

  • Manage, co-ordinate and participate in Monster events, trade shows and webinars.
  • Execute and deliver the global marketing strategy with a focus on demand / lead generation, content and digital.
  • Manage integrated projects across functional departments from inception through completion and refinement.
  • Work with the Product Marketing team to manage content and updates for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Be the expert on the local market; provide insight on the local recruitment industry, competitive activity and input into development of global content and campaigns to ensure local relevance as needed.
  • Provide insights based on data and performance of current initiatives, provide optimisation recommendations.
  • Manage external agency relationships.
  • Take ownership of assigned global and EU projects as needed.
  • Collaborate and share learnings with the rest of the team.
  • Partner with the sales organisation, ensuring that our projects align with their strategic and local objectives, participate in regular sales meetings.
  • Work with Marketing Ops and Product Marketing teams to ensure global initiatives are localised.

Skills

  • Native German speaker, fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and tactics
  • Proficient in email marketing tools (SFMC) and Wordpress for website management.
  • Strong organisational skills and hands-on approach to managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams effectively.

 Experience

  • Typically, 4-year advanced study/college degree is preferred but equivalent relevant experience is acceptable.
  • 5 to 7 years experience preferred.
  • Prior experience of communicating, influencing and presenting to executive levels.
  • Experience at a senior level in a digital media or e-commerce company, or recruitment advertising agency.
  • Proven experience understanding market and customer requirements and product/services capabilities and translating those into world-class marketing materials that drive successful campaigns.
