Customer Service, Fraud & Privacy

Global Customer Service's mission is to deliver effective, efficient, consistent service to Monster's clients and internal customers.

The North America Service organization is comprised of geographic locations and roles that provide a range of services to our customers. Roles include Employer, Seeker and Government Support, Tech Support, Campaign and Performance Management, Product and Order Administration and Service Readiness. Each team aspires to provide high-quality, timely client support. We work closely with our sales team to support customers ranging from million dollar accounts to small local businesses.

Your career path within Customer Service can vary based on your interests. Excel at supporting customers? You could move from Call Center Agent to Account Manager to Management. Excel at problem solving? Order management and Product Implementation allow you to grow your skills as you implement our customer's solutions. Enjoy managing projects and assuring that the support team is ready for action? Our Readiness roles might be for you. Our Service teams work closely with Monster's Product team to onboard new solutions as they are introduced to the Employer market. To support these roles, we offer several weeks of training upon hiring and offer continuous product and skills training throughout the year.

The Global Privacy Office (GPO) is a close-knit team of privacy attorneys, who ensure Monster's compliance with global privacy regulations and industry standards. We are sensitive to the ethical and legal aspects of privacy across the entire organization, and we employ a Privacy by Design philosophy in all business activities. We consult with various departments on privacy issues, product development, regulatory changes, and privacy risks. On a typical day, a GPO associate might, among a wide variety of activities, revise a policy, create a product solution, deliver training, evaluate the privacy risks of a new product, respond to a regulatory inquiry, conduct an investigation, or interpret privacy laws.

The typical GPO career path begins at the entry-level position of analyst, advances to the specialist role, then manager and then vice president, then on to the highest level of chief privacy officer. We offer continual opportunities for growth and professional development, including professional networking events, webinar participation, and annual attendance at the IAPP Global Privacy Summit.

Internet technology and the regulatory landscape are constantly evolving. A career with Monster's GPO is for people who thrive in an exciting, challenging, ever-changing environment. Are you ready to join us?
